The staff were helpful and swiftly resolved any issues we had with our room configuration.The room was spacious and well-maintained, with housekeeping going above and beyond to cater to our needs, providing extra towels and ensuring we had enough water and chopsticks. The jacuzzi in the Executive Grand Deluxe Room was a luxurious touch, perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring.The hotel's proximity to attractions like Senado Square and the Ruins of Saint Paul's made sightseeing a breeze. The lakeside alfresco area nearby offered a diverse range of activities, from dining to art events, adding to the overall leisure experience.Hotel Sintra provided a comfortable and convenient stay, with friendly staff, excellent room amenities, and a prime location for exploring Macau.
